Technical Marketing Intern

What you will be doing

  • Managing marketing efforts across inbound, social, press, events, and digital advertising with our marketing partner.
  • Helping to research and develop messaging that resonates with our potential customer base.
  • Managing the production of dozens of blog posts per month, as well as content offers based on targeted keywords.
  • Developing a repeatable sales process that reduces friction during new user on boarding.
  • Identifying, creating, and managing partnerships with other businesses that drive growth and new functionality in the product.
  • Reaching out to new leads via email and telephone to schedule consultations and demos.
  • Identifying potential customers and reaching out to them to develop new relationships. 
  • Reporting on and giving feedback on discussions with leads and target customers.

  • A desire to manage an important part of a growing startup, helping to shape the voice, and messaging of the company. 
  • A desire to constantly advance yourself, the business, and the others around you.
  • A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, with the ability to straddle the line between technical and business professionals.
  • A desire to become an expert in Docker, containers, and cloud computing
  • Someone that wants to work really hard, learn a ton, and help us build something that people love

  • Expertise in Docker
  • Cloud computing experience
  • SaaS or technical sales experience
  • Experience with inbound marketing
  • Experience working with CRM, Hubspot, Salesforce
  • Experience with software training and implementation
